Christine and Jeffrey recently got engaged this past October and immediately started planning for a destination wedding.  I wouldn’t blame them.  It’s cold and wet here in Seattle as expected this time of the year.  Don’t let the sun, lack of rain and smiles in these pictures fool you though.  It was bone c-h-i-l-l-i-n-g cold on the day of their engagement session.  However, there’s nothing like a little Seattle coffee on every other corner to help battle the chills.  Despite the cold we still ended up having a ton of fun and capturing some great shots.  Our fun started out with brunch at Ivar’s Salmon House on Eastlake that lasted about two hours (food was that good).  This forced us to cut the shoot short and not make it to the site of the proposal since daylight during the winter is very limiting. I guess that just means we’ll have to do an encore session when it gets a little bit warmer.  It might not get quite as warm as Cancun though…  Oooh, did I just say Cancun? =)
